Unlike your ex, we're committed to your satisfaction ;) In all seriousness, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you've got a bone to pick with your product, just let us know and we'll set things right, boos and babes. Email shakeit@thetemple.io

What is your Refund & Returns Policy?

Uh oh, something didn't quite shake out the way you'd hoped? That's alright, boos and babes. We'll take your unopened order back for up to 14 days after you receive it. Why unopened? We don't want to spread cooties and start the next pandemic. Sorry, after 14 days you're stuck with it, just like that time your aunt kept feeding that stray cat and it never left.

How do I make a Return?

We want returns to be as easy a 1-2-3... Email returns@thetemple.shop for a returns form, package up your product, original invoice, and completed form, and pass it off at the nearest Post Office. We'll let you know when it's back in our hot little hands, and you should have money re-appear in your account 28 days later. Poof, it's like magic!
