We promise, boos and babes, once we figure out teleportation you'll be the first to know. In the meantime, we can give you the next best thing: Free Shipping on orders over 35 euro. Spending less than that? Please find our prices at the bottom of this page. Depending on where you live, you should see the goods within 4-10 business days.
Shipping Times & Costs - Rest Of The World
We wanna show you love no matter where you call home. Unlike high fives and compliments, our shipping isn't free. We charge $14 for 1 product, or $39 for 10 products. Your order should never take more than 14 days to arrive. If you're worried, make sure to check your tracking info. We don't mind a little light stalking.
What about duties and fees?
Currently we collect VAT & Duties for orders shipped to customers in UK & EU countries. For customers not located in those countries, taxes & duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
How Do I Change My / Shipping Address?
We get it, when you're living a high-octane lifestyle you might mash the wrong keys putting in your info. That's alright, just let us know ASAP and we'll see if we can intercept your order! The Temple team is pretty efficient, so it may be out the door already... if that's the case, bear with us. It'll just take a little longer to get it to your doorstep.
When will my products ship out?
After you place your order with us, the order should ship within 1-3 business days. Keep in mind that during the holiday season this may give a slower turn around for orders to ship & we will work hard to get orders out as soon as we possibly can.If an item is backordered we will ship the product when we receive it. For multiple items (with one being backordered) we will group them together and ship them out together unless requested otherwise by you.
Where's my order?
Once your order has been placed, our team are working hard to ensure it's shipped as soon as possible. Once this has been despatched, you will recieve an email from us, with your tracking information! If you have any queries, drop us an email - delivery@thetemple.io.
Can I send items to a friend?
You must be, like, a really good friend to even think of this one. Your mother, brother, sister, father, mother... oh wait, we said that one already. Whoever they are, they're lucky to have you! Just make sure you're shipping the goods to the right place, and you're goot to go.
Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure you recieve your order as soon as possible, we start working on it straight away. This means we are unable to make any changes to an order once it's been placed!
